Fireball(Rank 4)-
DPS=19
SPS=2
DPS/SPS=9.5

Elect Strike(Rank 4) -> Fireball(Rank 4) -> Fireball(Rank 4)
DPS=19.6
SPS=4.3
DPS/SPS=4.5

Conclusion-
Pure Fireball offers slightly lower damage output and costs less than half as much sprit per second. This may be better for stonger enemies as the longer fights will cost alot less spirit.
Elct Strike + Fireball offers a slightly higher DPS that may be useful for quickly killing weaker creatures.

P.S. I have seen a few people say that using both attacks is better but I dont believe they took cooldown time into account. The numbers above include cooldown time and cast time.]]>

It works on my 64 bit windows 7 computer but on my brother's computer (32 bit) it's not working. This user account is an administrator, so...
